We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Senior Support Worker to take a leading role in supporting individuals who access our highly rated services. In this position, you will champion a strengths-based approach, recognize the unique abilities of each person, and enable them to develop their skills and independence through meaningful activities.  

As a senior member of the team, you will have strong administration skills, provide guidance and support to colleagues, promote best practice, and contribute to the ongoing development of our services. You will play a key role in shaping how we work, ensuring that people with lived experience are actively involved in decision-making processes.  

This role involves creating and facilitating opportunities both within our services and in the wider community, always applying a person-centred approach. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of care, supporting team members, and ensuring that services are delivered in line with organisational values and policies.
