We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and energetic Day Opportunities Manager to lead a vibrant, person-centred service for adults with learning disabilities and autistic people.

Location: Netley Marsh

Hours: Mon - Fri, 37.5 hours (including 9-4pm)

Pay: £17 an hour (£33,150 annually based on 37.5 hours a week)

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a management role within health & social care
• Strong understanding and experience of supporting adults with learning disabilities and/ or autistic people
• Knowledge of safeguarding and person-centred approaches
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a team
• Confident in managing resources and coordinating complex service delivery
• Strong administrative skills
